Ferme Sage uses Environmental Best Practices Approved methods to raise our Red Angus cattle in an area surrounded by lakes, forests and the Gatineau River.

A great deal of effort is made to ensure that the animals are subjected to a minimum of management stress by giving them access to quality pasture with natural shelter from the wind in winter and the sun in summer.

Our Red Angus are selected for their excellent marbling to give you the juiciest and tastiest beef possible.

They are raised on grass, hay and grain without any added antibiotics and without hormone implants.
